As a result of years of collaboration with the Chistovie brand, “MENOK” LLC now works with the majority of aesthetic centers, beauty salons, and medical institutions across Armenia.

“MENOK” LLC is a multi-brand company established in 2006 with the mission to support and grow the beauty industry in Armenia. It is the manufacturer of the NE Beauty and noorb beauty brands and serves as the official representative of BYPHASSE, Chistovye, JSDA, and several other international brands in Armenia. Today, MENOK collaborates with over 200 partner stores across the country and exports its products to both Russia and the USA.
HOW DID WE START?
“MENOK” LLC began its journey in partnership with two of the leading names in the manicure industry — O.P.I. and Orly — officially representing both brands in Armenia and Georgia for over 15 years. As part of its distribution efforts, the company established Armenia’s first specialized manicure school, offering international certification and training over 5,000 professionals. It also played a key role in developing and standardizing disinfection protocols across the country.
In 2012, recognizing the lack of affordable, high-quality manicure products in the local market — which was largely dominated by imported brands — the company transitioned from distribution to manufacturing. This shift led to the creation of the NE brand, followed by noorb beauty. In its production processes, “MENOK” LLC works exclusively with certified European suppliers of raw materials. All imported ingredients are fully processed in the company’s facility in Abovyan, Armenia, and undergo extensive testing before reaching consumers.
Each product meets both local quality standards and international regulations, including certification by the U.S. FDA and the European CPNP. Today, the company’s production line features over 400 color shades, 50 specialized formulas, and more than 10 care products, all of which are continuously updated and improved.

NE Beauty launched its production of colored nail polishes in 2016. Prior to entering the market, every product undergoes thorough testing both in NE Beauty’s own laboratories and in certified partner laboratories in Europe, receiving the necessary certifications to ensure quality and safety. Formulated with the 5-FREE standard, all NE Beauty products are safe for use during pregnancy. Additionally, the brand upholds a strict cruelty-free policy—no testing is done on animals, with all quality checks carried out exclusively using advanced equipment.
